At our clinic, we have introduced the trusted body composition analysis device Seca mBCA Pro used in medical settings.
With high-precision analysis results and cloud-based data management, we efficiently support your health management.

What is Body Composition?
Body composition refers to the proportions and distribution of the components that make up the body.
It mainly includes the following elements:
- Muscle Mass: Measures the weight of muscles to evaluate physical performance and overall health.
- Body Fat: Assesses the total weight and distribution of fat, helping to determine obesity and risks for lifestyle-related diseases.
- Water Content: Checks the body’s fluid balance to identify signs of dehydration or swelling.
- Bone Mass: Serves as an indicator for bone density and overall bone health.
These data serve as crucial indicators for health and weight management, enabling more accurate evaluations and personalized treatment plans.
Why is Body Composition Analysis Important?
While BMI (Body Mass Index) is commonly used to assess health, it does not provide an accurate picture of the body’s condition. For example, even if BMI is high, a person with high muscle mass and low body fat is not necessarily obese.
Conducting body composition measurements offers the following benefits:
- Accurate Assessment: Precisely measures body fat, muscle mass, and visceral fat levels to gain a clearer understanding of your health.
- Personalized Treatment: Helps devise a treatment plan tailored to the patient by understanding fat distribution and quantity.
- Prevention and Management: Regularly monitors changes in visceral fat and muscle mass to support the prevention of lifestyle-related diseases and aid in weight management.
